Through online learning, we’d like to encourage our 3rd graders to be creative! They listened to a story about Caine Monroy, in the book, Stories for Boys Who Dare to Be Different. We may not be in the classroom, but that doesn't mean the creative learning has stopped! The third grade at Wade Thomas School is hosting a virtual cardboard challenge as an optional fun activity during our remote learning.
We encourage you to use old cereal or food boxes, shoe boxes, thin cardboard, or whatever material is available, to create a game (like Caine) that others can play! Look around your home, the possibilities are endless!
After you're finished, snap a picture and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can create a (virtual) gallery of your projects!
